Angela Flatekval – alto, ukulele & other stuff
Jermiah was a bullfrog, and Angela told the story of his friend and their joyful sharing of wine in performance when she was still in grade school. Performing with song, dance and story has never stopped. From choirs and cheerleading in high school; the Arthur Murray years; Theatre Arts at MacEwan; working with local theatre houses such as The Mayfield Dinner Theatre and Workshop West; founding, producing and performing with independent theatre company The Unconscious Collective; through weekend-warrior-rock-stardom with The Hacks; to, now, parenting and working with the wee-est of artists as a Kindermusik educator, expression and storytelling through music and movement have been second … perhaps even first… nature. The ALL(most)JAZZ endeavor with this glorious group of people is simply the latest blessing in a life filled with the performing arts. Angela is filled with gratitude and wishes joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea, and joy to you & me.
